Delivery & Pick –Up & Returns

All orders are processed within 1-2 days

If your order is placed before 14:00 the products will be packed and sent to the delivery company on the same day (working day).

If your order is placed after 14:00 the products will be packed and sent to the delivery company on the next working day.

The approximate delivery time is 1-3 working days

We are not responsible for any delay that it is caused by the delivery companies. In case your order is not delivered within 3 working days please contact us over telephone.

Delivery update is made through telephone

For home delivery, the delivery company will contact you to arrange an appointment time.

For pick-up orders you will be notified by our store or the Travel Express office, depending on the pick-up option you choose, when your products are ready for you to collect.

Delivery & Pick-Up Cost

We deliver to all addresses in Cyprus (CY) both in the city centers as well as the outskirts. The available delivery options are the following:

1. Pickup from our Stores (Free)

2. Pick up from a Travel Express Location that is convenient to your location

- 2€ charge for purchases under 29€

- Free for purchases over 29€

3. Home delivery in the areas that are considered within the city limits. 

- 4.5€ charge for purchases under 49€

- Free for purchases over 49€

4. Home delivery in the areas that are considered outside of the city limits we will need to contact the delivery companies with which we collaborate in order to specify the cost of the delivery.

In case of order delays this might be due to the following:

High Season periods (Christmas Holidays, Easter, Carnival)

Unforeseen events - that won’t allow us to perform as under normal circumstances.

 

Missing Items

In case that one of the items you order is not available anymore, a member of our staff will directly contact you in order to inform you and follow your preferred action.

Returns

In case you are not satisfied with any item that you have received from our shop and the item is in the same good condition that it was delivered to you, you have the following options that are valid within 15 days of the item’s purchase:

  • Visit our Mitsingas Wonderland toy shops with the purchasing receipt and exchange it with another product or request a credit note.

  • Return the product and the purchasing receipt with a delivery service and choose to exchange with another toy or get a credit note. In this case the delivery cost is covered by the customer.

Please note that costumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene purposes.
